BUYER BEWARE!!! Citrus might look like any US or European store, but they clearly are not. If you intend on buying something at Citrus, be prepared for 3 things: 1. Incompetent consultants will sell you a product that does not meet your stated requirements; 2. The "new" product you buy at the store might actually have scratches on it; 3. Despite claims of easy returns for unused products, refund is impossible due to the "scratches" that will inevitably be found on the obviously unused product.

The company have good promotions I won't deny it but the workers will always try to scam you and take it away! I never cared to post a bad review but this is too much really I am triggered because today Also! I do not appreciate how this worker at Citrus Server odessa was rude to us he didn't even say hello back,he berly try to help me with my computer problem, I only have a problem with the screen it's detached and he told me we can't fix it after I called them nd they said it's possible to fix
